Experts  for participated in the discussion that brought together civil society organizations and the police in Taiz Governorate, on strengthening and supporting police capabilities in various fields, with the aim of improving the level of performance and enhancing safety and stability in the governorate.

The discussion highlighted the importance of supporting the women’s police through targeted rehabilitation programs aimed at enhancing their capabilities and improving their performance, and stressing the need to rehabilitate and renovate the facilities designated for the women’s police.

The discussion included opportunities to rehabilitate and restore a number of security departments, with the aim of enhancing capabilities and improving services provided to citizens in the governorate.
They stressed the importance of cooperation between civil organizations and the police in raising the capabilities of members of the security institution and enhancing their role in maintaining security and safety in Taiz.
