On Monday (May 28, 2018) in Taiz governorate, EDO in partnership with Yemeni Women Union, supported by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) launched a workshop on “The role of civil society organizations and activists in combating gender-based violence” as part of the “Against Gender-Based Violence” project under the slogan “Our Security is Our Future”

The workshop was attended by 40 representatives of NGOs, activists and media professionals.
